IntellAgent App Support

IntellAgent is available only to authorized coordinators at participating clinical research sites. Start with your site's IntellAgent administrator for site-specific access problems.

Before you begin

You need all three of the following to enroll and use IntellAgent.

Administrator-issued enrollment

A single-use enrollment code from your site administrator.

Approved iPhone

An iPhone approved for use under your research site's policies.

Approved site network

A connection to the network approved by your participating site.

Getting started

  1. 1Install IntellAgent from the App Store link provided by your research site.
  2. 2Open Settings in the app.
  3. 3Enter the enrollment code supplied by your site administrator.
  4. 4Accept the required acknowledgements and complete enrollment.

Common support topics

Enrollment code expired or already used

Enrollment codes are single-use. Ask your site administrator to issue a replacement code.

App reports that you are off site

Confirm that the iPhone is connected to the approved site network. If it is and the message remains, contact your site administrator.

Protocol list is unavailable

Protocol availability and access are controlled by your research site. Your site administrator can confirm your assignment and server access.

Siri or the Protocol Question shortcut is not appearing

Complete app enrollment and open IntellAgent at least once. If the shortcut still does not appear, confirm that Siri is enabled for IntellAgent in iOS Settings, reopen the app, and contact IntellAgent support if the problem continues.

An answer requires investigator or PI review

Do not treat IntellAgent as the final decision-maker. Follow the cited protocol, site procedures, and your normal escalation path to the investigator or principal investigator.

Open and verify a cited source

Use the source citation shown with the answer to open the supporting protocol section. Verify the source text and context before acting on the answer.

Contact support

For enrollment, protocol access, network, or other site-specific access problems, contact your site's IntellAgent administrator first. For general app support, contact IntellAgent.
